It all began with the desire to make a real afterlife, separated from fiction and religion, close to human reality. The stay of your Avatar in our Virtual Space will be taken care of with the utmost attention and security, and you will be free to stay as long as you want. The 'Eternal' Plan can be canceled at any time, and this service can be paid and secured by yourself and your savings for the matter or by any responsible person nominated by you. The activation of your Avatar and the beginning of the stay of your virtual-self in the Virtual Space happens the moment you no longer exist in the physical realm. In this moment, Aeon will kindly welcome you, to your new home, to your new self.

Would my data be used before avatar activation? In what way?

Your data would be used only under the same privacy policies adopted by the various existing technology companies (Google, Facebook, etc.).

Who can I interact with?
What level do these interactions reach?

Avatars can interact with other avatars and with “living” people. Interactions with “living” people are conversational interactions. In the virtual space, the connections established between avatars transcend our notion of worldly emotional relationships.

Is the identity / personality separated from the image? 


It is offered the possibility for each user to physically characterize their avatar, but in the virtual space avatars do not adopt this material dimension. This physical appearance is only for the communication of the avatar with the outside world (friends, family, etc.).

Isn't it immoral to be able to change our physical identity?

 The changes are limited, so as not to put the avatar too far from the user's cultural reality. The characteristics that are linked to the user's identity and personality are not changeable.

What is the jurisprudence (laws and rights)
that governs this virtual space?

The virtual space is governed by a system that makes continuous harassment between avatars impossible and that allows a user to block others that may cause any type of offense or inconvenience. Users who are reported for this type of behavior receive a warning and can be banned from the virtual space.

How do I know that the conditions that I am accepting will not change over time with, for example, software updates?

All updates, both in terms of privacy policy and software, are presented to users, so that they may or may not agree.

How can I cancel my plan? How can I delete my Avatar?
‍

In order to cancel your plan and/or delete your Avatar, you must contact the company. This procedure is necessary so that your identity can be confirmed and no risks are taken on such a important decision.

Can I leave the cancellation / extension of the service in the hands
of my living relatives?  


The decision to cancel or extend the service is the sole responsibility of the user. Payment for the service, however, can be left to the responsibility of someone designated by the user, if they so wish.
